Hi I haven't wrote anything on here ages sorry
I have seen a thread about left breast pain.. I have had this for absolutely years with doctors and mammograms and they say menopause or hormones.
Anyway my last mammogram was February 2019 and said was fine so that I was pleased, I'm still getting the ache and I prod when I know I shouldn't and I worry and know it makes it worse
I went to the doctors yesterday and saw a different doctor she felt and said no lumps but on my mammogram scan last year it says on record that there was densed on left... Why didn't the hospital say last year?? She said can feel it but better just check and have another mammogram
I'm so scared now.. I know densed doesn't mean cancer but higher risk have any of you had densed breasts as I've never heard of it???

I'm definitely at that stage I've had 2 periods in a year last one April .. I'm now experiencing the flushes and worries me as I'm just so hot so easily
I work as a cleaner as well as doing massage so I have to shower many times a day and every night have a fan by me
I know it's muggy the last month or so but god does everyone feel like this ??
I did some blood tests few weeks ago and all ok apart from my red cells very slightly low is this anything to do with it ?? I am a worrier but I'm so tired all the time now

Hi, everyone! I have been diagnosed with PCOS nearly 7 years ago. My husband and I are TTC for nearly 4 years. The doctors explain my infertility with a tough PCOS. I have already taken metformin, had one laparasocphy and one IVF which came with a BFN. At present, I am recommended to try one more IVF. However, one of the doctors I have visited recommended me to try an egg donation to make my chances to conceive higher. I want to try it, because I’m really sick and tired of all the treatment courses I have passed. They simply don’t work with me!!!! Egg donation is prohibited in my country, so I need to find a good clinic somewhere abroad. Please, share your experience of doing IVF with a donor egg. I’m a newbie in this question, so I’ll be extremely grateful if you give some hints or clues how to find the best clinic.

The lady recommended maca.

So I got some.

But am horrified to read reviews and articles online that say it can increase butt and breast size!

I want to balance my hormones . But I absolutely don't want to increase the size of my body, or weight...

I am recovering from a restrictive eating disorder, and have got to a comfortable and medically safe weight now.

Help!

I've taken one dose, just now. But I'm reluctant now to take it again. One capsule can't damage me can it?
