Karen Dennis Reiki

Reiki is a Japanese therapy for stress reduction and deep relaxation that also promotes healing and wellbeing of mind, body and spirit. It is administered by “laying on hands” and channelling energy from practitioner to recipient. If one’s “life force energy” is low, then we are more likely to become sick or feel stress, with Reiki this energy is restored and rebalanced.
