Spirituality, intuition, and creativity have shaped my path for as long as I can remember. Whether through music, writing, or quiet reflection, I’ve always felt a deep connection to something beyond the visible—something that speaks through dreams, insights, and the quiet voice within.

Growing up in São Paulo, life was vibrant and fast-paced. But everything shifted when I moved to the coastal town of Peruíbe. Living just metres from the ocean helped me slow down and reconnect with nature. It was there that my healing journey deepened—and new doors began to open.

I immersed myself in holistic practices: Reiki, Bach Flower Essences, Aura Soma, Aromatherapy, meditation, and Tarot. Each one brought insight, healing, and a sense of homecoming. Following that inner guidance, I moved to the UK 14 years ago—and my personal journey naturally evolved into a professional path.

From client to therapist, I trained in Reiki, Aromatherapy, and Flower Essences, eventually offering Reiki courses and treatments, sharing essential oils and diffusers, and serving as an ambassador for Florais de Saint Germain here in the UK.

Now, with over a decade of experience, my work has matured. I’ve found my greatest joy in teaching Reiki, and I continue to be amazed by how flower essences can gently yet profoundly support emotional and mental well-being.

More recently, I’ve embraced coaching as a powerful tool to help others create meaningful change. Through coaching, I hold a safe, supportive space where you can reconnect with your truth, gain clarity, and move forward with purpose.
