Description

Qualified in advanced analytical hypnotherapy, I trained with the Essex Institute of Clinical Hypnosis and Psychotherapy. Registered member of the CNHC (Government backed regulatory organisation). Also a member of the Association for Professional Hypnosis and Psychotherapy, and the Federation of Holistic Therapists. Very experienced client centred practitioner.

I also work with mums to be and their partners using the Easibirthing method of Hypnobirthing, which is a tried and tested UK method of enabling a more relaxed comfortable birth.

I am also a fully qualified Adult Education Tutor with 16 years' experience of teaching complementary therapies.

I can offer reflexology, reiki healing and attunments and seated acupressure massage in conjunction with hypnotherapy if appropriate for you.

I am located in central Colchester. Ample parking available. Home visits by arrangement.
