Totally Holistic Health was founded by Julie Elder, who specialises in providing complementary therapy services such as pregnancy massage, baby massage, reflexology, massage and advanced Bowen Technique in the North Cheshire and South Manchester area.

Stress can be a major factor in most illnesses. It can make the body vulnerable to all sorts of infections by depressing the body's immune system.

Holistic therapies such as reflexology and the Bowen Technique may help the body to be able to deal with stress better by inducing a feeling of wellbeing, helping the body to relax therefore helping to eliminate stress, tension and toxins from the body.

Julie aims to be able to provide her clients when required with advice on relaxation techniques and nutritional advice to enable them to maintain excellent health and wellbeing for both the body and mind.

With this in mind Totally Holistic Health has created a regular newsletter in which information is provided on therapies, natural health advice, information on the natural treatment of medical conditions as well as special promotions.

Julie Elder is a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists, the International Council of Holistic Therapists and the International Guild of Professional Practitioners (now known as Embody), the Bowen Technique Academy of Australia and The Complementary and Natural Therapy Council.
