Description

Sports, Deep, Remedial Massages are more beneficial releasing tightness in muscles which can limit joint movement.
Deep Oscillation Therapy helps lymphatic drainage in Lymphoedema, reduce swellings in injuries and operations for faster recovery. It is also used for Myofascial Release and gentle enough on injuries.
Hot Stones can be relaxing and deep. Using heat from the stones to help relax muscles before going in deep.
Cupping Therapy is another form of deep tissue massage. Glass cups are heated to create suction when placed on the skin. It draws toxin (dissolved in the moisture), blood to the surface of the skin and releasing tensions in fascia and muscles.
