Description

The Bowen Technique is a remarkably effective bodywork technique, that initiates a process of natural auto-regulation to occur throughout the whole body. The effect is a rapid elimination of symptoms, followed by an increase in energy and sense of well being.

It can be used for acute or long-standing conditions and where other forms of treatment might be avoided. Many people find the technique beneficial where other forms of treatment have failed, and can assist recovery in a wide range of symptoms.

The Emmett Technique uses a comination of direct pressure and gentle switches at particular points of the body to release specific muscle groups and unlock muscle memory, giving the brain the opportunity to set up a new state of balance and provide the right circumstances for re-alignment of the body.

In addition to finding relief from their symptoms, most people find the treatments incredibly relaxing and enjoyable.
