TaschMar Holistic Health is a Complementary Therapies and Alternative Medicine Practice, founded by me, Tasch in 1993.

My passion is creating and restoring homeostasis (balance) within your body and mind – so you can live your life to its fullest potential! In health, we are partners – creating the “body and mind” you deserve!

I deliver a range of specialist treatments and the highest level of patient care, in the comfort of your own home or office. I also practice from my home in Ashford, Surrey.
