Description

I am a Chartered Clinical Psychologist specialising in the highly researched practice of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). My aim is to help people who are experiencing any of the following difficulties:

Depression, Anxiety, Agoraphobia, Low Self Confidence, Low Self Esteem, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Panic Attacks, Phobias, Sleeping Problems, Social Phobia and Stress.

In addition I practise hypnotherapy, and have excellent results in helping people to quit smoking in a single hypnotherapy session.

I see both self-funding individuals, and those with Health Insurance.

I practise out of a private and comfortable therapy room at Shere Surgery and Dispensary, just off the A25, approximately five to ten minutes from Guildford, Surrey.
