Julia Anastasiou ~ Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga Teacher, Primordial Sound Meditation Instructor and Holistic Therapist

Julia began her spiritual and holistic journey in the early '90's when she was living and studying in New York. On her return to the UK she established www.onestopholistichealing.co.uk offering complimentary and healing therapies, now based in four thriving locations over London. Julia is a mum to two wonderful boys, who have kept her on her toes, improved her sense of humor and love for life! With the solid and constant support from her husband Andrew, the family has travelled to many different locations ~ Sri Lanka, Thailand, Mexico and America ~ allowing Julia to study and explore yoga, meditation and Ayurveda. In this way meditation and yoga have been an integral part of her life and personal development for decades.

Julia's personal quest for inner silence, harmony, equilibrium, transcendence and peace were achieved when she attended Seduction of Spirit with Deepak Chopra. After experiencing a week of transformation, she knew her life would never be the same, "It was as if an inner light had been illuminated..." Her aim is to incorporate meditation and yoga in all of her locations, sharing this amazing gift that has impacted her life so profoundly and brought happiness to all aspects of her life.

A very important part of Julia's training was her acceptance onto the Teacher's Path with the Chopra Center University, in Carlsbad, California. Her commitment to the Chopra Center has lead her to deepen her knowledge and understanding attending Wisdom of Healing with Dr. David Simon and David Greenspan (Davidji). So the journey continues and it is constantly evolving ... Julia meditates twice a day and practice the Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga ~ "I am devoted to my well being and to all of my students and clients."

Julia is a Chopra Center Certified Instructor in The Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga and Primordial Sound Meditation, she is featured teacher on the Chopra website for London www.choprateachers.com/julia This in depth training has given Julia extraordinary tools, methods and insights to share with students both beginners and to more knowledgeable regarding meditation.

The Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga are held weekly at Shrewsbury House ~ Greenwich. Meditation courses are held regularly in Blackheath, Chelsea, Shooters Hill and St. Johns Wood. The Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga and Primordial Sound Meditation can be taught in groups of various sizes or as a private session.
