Rosslyn Alternatives has been in the therapy business since 2004. We offer a range of services and training including:

- Massage therapy - remedial, sports and clinical, deep tissue, hot stones, Indian Head Massage, relaxing therapeutic, myofascial release, trigger point therapy
- Professional Massage Training externally accredited by the Massage Training Institute
- Post graduate courses for therapists including hot stones massage and Indian Head Massage
- Workshops for beginners in massage and Indian Head Masage
- Full range of HSE accredited First Aid courses.
- Facilitated peer supervision for therapists

Ros, Lynn and all other trainers with Rosslyn Alternatives are fully qualified and experienced in their field and are passionate about their subjects and sharing their knowledge. Both Ros and Lynn have extensive training and development experience and are interested in helping you develop and learn the way you want to.

We believe that training should be professional and standards are very important to us. We also pride ourselves on are our aim to recognize the individuality of everyone's learning journey. To this end we try our best to provide a comfortable, safe and enjoyable learning environment,

In July 2011 we moved into our own premises in Livingston where we are developing our training and learning resources further. Just two minutes walk from Livingston North railway station, served by trains from both Edinburgh and Glasgow and beyond. By car we are a few minutes from the M8 motorway and there is parking at the venue, which has disabled access. It is ideally located for the centre of Scotland.
