Carole is a friendly, fully qualified Colon Hydrotherapist who is based within The Park Health and Beauty Centre on London Road in Retford, Notts. She is a full member of both the Association & Register of Colon Hydrotherapists and the Institute of Professional Colon Hydrotherapy.

The aim of the treatment is to gently flush away years of toxic build-up from the colon walls. It can help to eliminate constipation and release painful and trapped wind. It may also help to improve the uncomfortable symptoms of Irritable Bowel Syndrome.

The action of the water used during the process helps to exercise, tone and reshape the colon. As a therapist committed to her client’s health & well-being, Carole will be able to advise on lifestyle and eating habits that can effect your day to day routine.

Colonics are suitable for all types of people. Many visit because they have a distressing bowel condition, but often clients have decided to improve their health and realise that the best way is to remove the old rubbish in order to feel the greatest benefits from their new lifestyle.

The aim is to have a well functioning waste system that works efficiently and causes no real problems. Following one or more treatments to fully cleanse the bowel, a maintenance programme is recommended so that a routine evacuation becomes normal and easy.
