Description

I am a fully qualified physiotherapist who has a passion for holistic and healing therapies. I have spent the last seven years training in a number of complementary therapies and have found a real passion for not only treating the physical symptoms but also offering a healing space for the mind, body and spirit.

I am proud to be offering aromatherapy massage, myofascial release, reiki and La Stone Geothermal massage alongside sound & shamanic healing. I have had the good fortune to study alongside some wonderful indigenous healers over the last couple of years and combine sound and core shamanic techniques to help give me guidance and wisdom for everyday life and allow me to create a space for healing to occur.

I am fully insured for all my therapies and can combine treatments to make an indvidualised and bespoke treatment. Peace Haven's ethos is to source high quality products for all of the therapies offered. At the present time I am in the process of replacing all my massage and essential oils for organic oils, looking after the environment as well as the individual. All my stones are purchased from LaStone UK who make sure that they are mined and shaped with Mother Nature in mind at all times. This means that the stones retain there energy and healing properties, allowing the most therapeutic treatment possible.

The philosphy of the clinic is to offer a place of sanctuary and healing. Peace Haven offers a variety of therapies with the aim to help heal the physical, mental, emotional & spiritual bodies within.
