Certification in Integrated Myofascial Therapy
MFRUK offers post graduate Mypfascial Release training courses around the UK. We offer a Certification in Integrated Myofascial Therapy (iMFT), a 6 day course providing effective techniques which can be immediately incorporated into your existing practice. iMFT is a unique blend of the lighter modern indirect fascial approach to MFR and the traditional direct muscle length soft tissue mobalisations.

We also offer special series training days focusing on specific anatomical structures. These 4, 1 day courses are open to therapists who have either completed iMFT level 1 or have trained with another organisation offering the lighter modern MFR.
