Description

During the past 20 years Paula Hudson has mastered a full range of holistic therapies including Reflexology, Kinesiology and Reiki. She has a wealth of experience in helping clients to manage often incredibly difficult and stressful situations. Paula's experience in practicing and teaching Reiki and meditation give her a very calming approach to working with her clients enabling her to offer an extensive range of relaxation and healing techniques and therapies., This makes her approach to wellbeing coaching truly holistic and quite unique.

Paula has successfully worked with numerous issues such as bereavment, terminal illness, relationship issues, self image, anxiety and stress as well as mentoring people on their spiritual path. Depending upon your situation Paula's treatments will draw upon a range of therapies and skills tailored to your own needs.

Paula's work guiding people is drawn from her extensive knowledge, experience and wisdom in the field of Mind, Body and Spirit. Her integrated healing work is based on the understanding that we already possess all the tools that we need to achieve our full potential, Paula acts as a guide and mentor encouraging you through your personal blocks, doubts and self-limiting beliefs revealing the hidden gem that you truly are. Her approach is gentle and compassionate.

As a Reiki Master, Paula teaches and attunes students in the art of energy healing as well as teaching Yoga and Meditation. If you are on a path of spiritual growth she offers a Spiritual Mentorship program helping you towards self enquiry and realisation. She also specialises in weightloss management.
