Description

Bowen Technique
A holistic, gentle hands on therapy that aims to support and encourage the natural healing capabilities inherent in each of us to address any imbalance within and or between the mind, body & psyche. The technique incorporates a sequence of precise moves with short intermittent breaks. The process provides the brain and the body to assimilate the moves and respond which in turn initiates a deep sense of relaxation.

Relaxation Massage
Hands on therapy that aims to promote the body's natural healing capabilities by focusing on adhesions in the soft tissue and encouraging these adhesions to gently unfurl and release.

Deep Tissue Massage
Hands on therapy that focuses on knots and adhesions within the body's soft tissue. The aim is to release these adhesions which in turn promotes relaxation. The sessions can be intense.

Hot Stone Therapy
A treatment that uses hot and cold basalt stones to ease knots within the soft tissue and muscles, stimulates the circulation and removal of toxins from the muscles. The heat&/or coolness from the stones enables the massage to feel like it is reaching deeper within the body.

Pregnancy &/or Post Natal Massage
A treatment especially for new mums and mothers to be to help us cope with and adapt to the differing demands of pregnancy and a new child in your life.

Healing Touch/ Reiki
A gentle non-invasive therapy that is performed through clothes and is based on the premise that illness or dis-ease is as a result of a disruption in the body's magnetic energy field. Is therapy is commonly used in hospices and hospitals to help with pain management and to aid recovery after major surgery or chemotherapy or radiotherapy.

Seated Acupressure Massage / Onsite Massage
A therapy that is performed through clothes whilst the client is sat in a specially design massage chair. The treatment is based on shiatsu and Amma Therapy, focusing only specific pressure points throughout the upper body. This type of treatment is ideal for corporate & pamper events.
