As an Holistic Therapist, I am committed to helping you feel better. Since qualifying in 2002, I have studied and trained continuously to ensure that I have the broadest, most up-to-date skills necessary to offer you the ideal treatment to suit your individual needs.

I use a variety of massage techniques, from Sports, Deep Tissue and Reflex Release, to Relaxing, Indian Head and Reflex Therapy.

A member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists and a Master Practitioner, I have Diplomas in Sports Massage Therapy, Body Massage, Reflex Therapy and Indian Head Massage. I am a Qualified Practitioner of Emotional Freedom Technique and Reiki, with Certificates of Training in Muscle Testing and Nutritional Therapy.
