Description

Nigel is a highly experienced therapist. Since he started he has always looked to add to his therapeutic toolbox and also gain better understanding in the tools he has at his disposal to help facilitate the changes that you desire. He is an accredited Life Coach, Advanced Structured Hypnotherapist, NLP (neuro linguistic programming) Practitioner and EFT (emotional freedom technique) trainer with 9 years experience.

He is also a mobile personal trainer currently completing a level 4 qualification in Diabetes and Obesity and Weight Management as well as being a Licensed Hypno-Band practitioner.(Hypno-Band is the worlds No.1 gastric band hypnotherapy system).

Nigel is patient and will listen to you without judgement, hold you accountable and guide you to your desired change one step at time.
