Description

Easing pain, restoring comfortable movement and combating the effects of stress using an integrated approach to bodywork.

Main techniques used are Emmett and Bowen Techniques.

Judith also offers Emm-Tech courses - Easy Muscle Management for Everyone - an 8 hour course for therapists and non-therapists which includes 10 procedures that can be used to help family, friends and clients.

Treatment rooms are available in Llandeilo, Carmarthen, Swansea and Cowbridge. Judith is also available to provide therapy in the workplace as part of Health and Wellbeing programmes.

Every Body's Better is also part of a new maternity service called Positive Pregnancy Plus based at Alliance Therapy in Carmarthen.
