I treat most common health conditions, with a particular interest in digestive complaints and stress, and I offer Shirodhara (the ancient Ayurvedic treatment to calm the mind and soothe the nervous system).

I treat most common health conditions and imbalances, particularly digestive complaints. I can make Ayurveda realistic and practical for you to incorporate into a busy urban lifestyle, with personalised dietary and lifestyle advice, incorporting recipes, spices and herbs. You may also be advised to have massage or Shirodhara as part of your treatment. You can pay-as-you-go for consultations and follow-ups as needed as as per budget, or can opt to pay upfront for a one-month or three-month tailor-made programme that saves you money and keeps you motivated.
