HI,

For male clients -talk is good or a good vegtable oil like sunflower/ grapeseed
In my expierience larger clients tend to have very dry skin that uses lots of oil so a good moustrising oil like coconut, soyabean etc
For muscles you could use a warming oil like musturd seed .

You will probly find the answer in Your books -thomsons or heinemann are good.

Tui Massage Wax from Song Bird Naturals. You can use them for all clients and they are utterly fantastic - i don't use anything else now.

hiya

I found that with older clients, whose skin tends to lack elasticity, Macadamia nut oil is good as it is silky and gives good "glide".

Hope this helps

thanks Fozzyo, I have heard of this wax before and have now ordered it from the link you gave. I do No Hands massage and as a rule we use more oil with this as you know yourself, how much would you say I need to take out of the tub for a full body and also for a back only massage? I am assuming it is solid untill it melts in the practitioners hand?
Thanks, Karen.
