Hands Free Massage Courses in the North East?

Hi there,

Does anyone know of any Hands Free Massage courses in the North East of England?

I'm preparing to return to therapies after a career break and am already feeling the strain in my wrists, so am hoping the HF way may be a helpful option?

It's been a sobering, humbling experience realising that I'm not the strong n' supple young whippersnapper I once was! It's nice to be back in the therapeutic field again however, and great to discover communities and networks like this. What brilliant source of insight, support and inspiration!
