Default Tired upon waking - which reflex points to treat?

Hi there,

I would like to self treat myself with reflexology, which I do on a regular basis for balance, but specifically I would like to know which points I need to work on to overcome my biggest problem and that is that I feel totally exaughsted upon waking up and really struggle to get out of bed. I had this my whole life and am now 40. I finally would like to get to the root of this and try to sort it out as its really debilitating. I already overcame some pretty tough health problems with self-work and natural healing and so I see this as my next challenge.

I have studied reflexology myself but need to do a refresher course as I'd like to get back into it again.

Can someone give me tips as to which points I can focus on for this problem? Up till now I am mainly working on pituitary, hypothalmus, adrenals, solar plexus and liver, since I also have gallstones and I think there may be a link. My instinct has guided me to these points. Perhaps there is another sequence that may work better.

Many thanks to all!
