Default Achilles Tendon

Hi All

My client has an Achilles Tendon, does anyone know if Reflexology can help with this?

I would say you probably are not going to treat a condition effectively if you have to ask what to do on this site. The client would be better off if you could refer them to someone with experience treating tendonitis, such as an experienced massage therapist or if you are looking for a more holistic approach a physiotherapist.

Might also be worth exploring if you have an Emmett Practitioner in your area who would use light touch to help relieve the discomfort.
Emmett Technique UK - Welcome to the home of Emmett in the UK..... will give you a list of practitioners in your area.

We obviously all needed to smile after your first post - healthy to get such a big response to your post.

It reminds me of Mary Poppins -..... I know a man with a wooden leg named Smith ..... what's the name of the other one!
