Hiya,

I'm Russ, I am Currently studying for my diploma in Life Coaching. My area of interest is in self development and awareness for people looking to improve the balance in their lives.

I am also working towards my EFT level 2 and should soon complete that.

My interests include Reiki and spirituality, nature of reality, consciousness and natural health. I also enjoy Cinema and I love spending time walking with my two dogs and am passionate about animal protection.

I am new to using forums so please forgive any mistakes, I hope to be able to find some users to help me in my studies (case studies etc) and will try to offer my help to other users where required.

I have also done level 2 EFT and at the moment I am playing with it but soon will need to get serious and find case studies and people to work with.
