CATAARH & SINUS PAIN?

Hi there,
Can any one help me ?
I need some thing for bad sinus pain, front of head, face and teeth. Driving me mad as been like this for a week and get it alot.
I have been inhaleing orbis oil but not doing much as well as tablets.

My mother gets it more than me, worse !! as there any thing to help please???

Have you tried ear candling? It's usually very beneficial for this sort of problem.

I second ear candling - it really helped me with my sinus probs.

A general homeopathic combination would be PHK (pulsatilla & Hydrastis & Kali Bich) which seems to have good result. Available from Ainsworths, though that does not take the place of a Homeopath, which would obviously be the best way of treating it.
