Default aching after MFR

Hi I am only learning this amazing technique but loving practising!
Trouble is, each time I have done some, clients report that they ache the next day.
What am I doing wrong? Its so gentle it seems weird that they would ache?
had 3 amazing neck unwinds so far which they loved and left me feeling part amazed and part shocked! Fascinating stuff and cant wait for the 2nd level course next week!
Love Melanie x

you are probably doing nothing wrong, such a powerful technique means that structural changes occur, in doing so there are responses, muscles working differently, to support the new posture, some changing roles from phasic to tonic and vice versa
perhaps you could explian the likely outcomes and effects on the body a little fuller whilst you are treating

Dear BGFL
Thanks so much for explaining this. I feel more confident now and its great being able to explain it properly to people who let me practice on them.
Many thanks
Love Melanie x

I am sure they did. It was an intense course and I was shattered by the end. I probably missed it!
