Default MIR Method

Hi all,

Has anyone tried this self healing method? It was mentioned on another post, I followed up and decided intuitively to try it! All details here:

MIR-Method: Home

Would love to hear of anyone's experiences with this, I'm on the second day.......

I haven't tried it yet, but a friend of mine who mentioned it seems to be getting no quite well with it. So I'm going to give it a try.

Will be interesting to hear peoples views and experiences on this one. It seems so simple and I like simple non complicated things to do.

I'm definitely getting a reaction to this now (on day 6). What you could call 'clearing' symptoms - have felt very odd indeed! I wish someone else out there would relate their experiences of it here.

Hello Mouse

I had a look at the site and decided to give it a go. I'm on day 3 now but yesterday I felt very odd - sweaty and shaky and assume it is toxins! Not so bad today. But obviously something is happening.

I think it is probably best not to take on too much during the detox period. I am fascinated to see the end result - as I am sure it can be very good. Let's hope so!

Me too! I was quite surprised to feel 'different', must admit was somewhat sceptical but you only know by trying things......I am going to add on one or two instructions of my own at the beginning.

It works.... end of story (well, for me anyway! )

I've been using it for nearly 2 weeks and the benefits have been wonderful. It's part of my daily habitual practice now. It only takes me 2-3 minutes first thing in the morning and last thing at night, and all I do is say 9 short statements and stroke my hand. Job done..... no need for me to sacrifice my first-born.

Blessings.

I tried the full set of statements and found my health deteriorating, so stopped. Perhaps I should now go back to doing just the 3 statements and see how it goes.

On the MIR Method Website, there is an FAQ page.
There is a question posted that i think would be most appropiate for your particular issue:

-----------------------

"I usually respond very strongly to treatments or medication. Can I handle the MIR-Method?
If you respond very strongly to treatments or medication then it is important that you take that into account when beginning the MIR-Method and start carefully. The best way is to start with only step 5 (Supplement all shortages) and 7 (Fulfil basic needs). Do these 2 steps for 2 weeks, 2x a day. After that you can begin with all 9 steps. By performing those two steps first you activate your body to first add everything that is missing, before you make your body work with all the other steps, which takes a lot of energy. This preface has made the MIR-Method much more comfortable for sensitive people."

------------------------

I hope this helps you Caroline.

Blessings.

I wonder if any of you are still using this technique or have anything further to report?

After the 'clearing' type symptoms, if that is what they were, nothing further - carried on religiously but it didn't appear to make any difference whatsoever.
