Default best plants/applications for sexual performance

im trying to decide what to buy from a co-op to improve overall sexual performance(erection, premature ejaculation) and excitement, and how to take it

ive read taking ginkgo biloba daily improves everything, and thats simple.

but... other plants ive read about like ashwaganda(indian ginseng) some places suggest to take a pill, others a tea

same with clove. ive read application of the essential oil to the penis but ive also read to take it as a tea daily.

is there any real concensus about these things? is it preference? different for each person? is there a better forum to ask these specifics?

basically, what are some plants most effective (and i can easily acquire at the local co-op) to help overall sexual performance, and what is the best way to take them?
thanks a lot for any help

Oh my, never ever rub a potent essential oil undiluted anywhere, especially on your penis which has a heck of a lot of nerve endings.

Chocolate can increase arousal, the smell of pumpkin, lavender and liquorice is also rumoured to do the same. Fishy foods rich in omega-3 fatty acids such as mackerel, wild salmon, halibut, and sardines as well as flaxseed, nuts and oils (think olive and soybean) can take your sex life from lukewarm to hot, Essential fatty acids are the building blocks of sex hormones in men and women and help fight the buildup of plaque in the arteries, thereby improving circulation and increasing sensation.

Although you’d think garlic would ruin, rather than improve, your love-making sessions, it turns out that it contains allicin, an ingredient that increases circulation, including down south, which "helps improve sensation,”

Popping a mint before kissing your partner is not only courteous, it’s also a turn-on. Surveys show married couples as well as single men and women wanted kisses to taste like in a mate or a date. The overall conclusion: The scent of mint makes people makeout-worthy. But while married people and single women wanted their men to taste “fresh, clean, and minty, like toothpaste,”

A lot of this was researched on the net, although there are always things such as exercise to increase your self esteem and stamina. However, your post sounded as though you weren't very happy in the bedroom, if you put yourself under too much pressure, you won't be able to perform. Trust me, I think most guys have been there at least once.

Why not let her go on top and do some of the work, just relax and focus on the sensations and the fun. Get back to me if you want to discuss it further
