Default Jing Courses

Hi

I thought it might be useful to start a Jing thread.I'd love to hear feedback on which ones you have done and when. Which were most useful in terms of practical application with your clients

Got any more planned?

Does anyone have any views on the Jing On Site compared to AOSM/Touchpro?

Thanks

I've done four Jing courses so far, and have booked for their six-day myofascial course starting in September. (I've received some excellent myofascial treatment from a therapist who trained with Jing.) I would particularly recommend their 'low back pain' course: a lot of clients seem to suffer from low back pain! But I would recommend anyone who is new to Jing to start with their three-day foundation course.

I've done some Jing courses too, and can highly recommend them. I did the three day foundation course shortly after qualifying in massage and they increased my confidence a great deal

I've also done the lower back pain, shoulder girdle and neck courses - you will learn not just massage techniques, but moves from other modalities such as myfascial, amma, and deep tissue work.

I know this is an old thread, but wondered if anyone had recently done any courses with Jing, as I am looking to do the foundation advanced clinical massage with them, but as it's quite a bit of money (especially when you add in the extra workshops) I wanted to find out what you all thought of the course.

Many thanks for your replies.

I have done all my advanced massage training with Jing and I can highly recommend them. The foundation course will give you a taster of the courses that Jing run but you can start using the techniques straight away with your clients. All the tutors know their stuff and the course is very hands on so you get lots of chances to practice. It will be money well spent.

Let us know how you get on.
