Hi guys, any one here practice kinesiology, I am thinking of studying it and just want peoples views on demand, costs for kits or perhaps it combines nicely with other therapies.

Hi Star, I did a foundation course about 4 years ago with ASK (Association of Systematic Kinesiology). There are many different courses out there and I find them confusing, even now.

I was happy with the course I did and to my mind it was scientifically set up. It will blow your mind away and you will probably never want to visit a GP ever again

I never went into practice, just wanted to have the knowledge. There were many different people on my course, homeopaths, nutritionists, acupuncturist. Kit costs vary but mine was about £75 back then and of course I got all the Bach Flowers remedies.

Kinesiology is an asset for many holistic therapies. Hope that helps and good luck.

Pathfinder thank you so much for replying, I have actually started a foundation course myself and loving it, I would prefer to do the allergy testing on the naval with the items placed there rather than buying the expensive kits. Can I just ask why you bought the Bach flower remedies, was it for emotional testing.Also could you recommend some books for reading, have some on a list but not sure if they are worth the money.I am, like you using it for myself and family and hope to pursue a Diploma course in College quite soon.Thanks again for replying

Maggie La Tourelle wrote Principles of Kinesiology. Ann Holdway wrote The Wisdom within. The latter 2 provide a good over-view of kinesiology. I love to work with intuition so was hoping not to have to buy any testing kits
