Past life regression

Has anyone had past life regression done or what are your views on it?

Powerful techniques like hypnosis, kinesiology etc are accessing unconscious communication and this communication is two way. That is the communication from the therapist has an effect on the communication from the unconscious.
Implied meanings from the therapist such as past lives will elicit communication to match. E.g. if a therapist advertises past life regression or says to client whilst in trance let's go back further (from birth) then the client's unconscious will comply and go back to a past life or create one.
Too many times (I think) therapist project their own philosophy/perceptions (unconsciously) on to the client.
The therapist has to be very careful and be free of any need or desire to impart their perceptions.
