Bach flower essences and star signs

HI TO ALL,Did an introductory course with Bach flower essences Today,and we used our star signs.As a Libran, scleranthos was my recommended,and this is also recommended for VERTIGO.I suffer from vertigo but have not had any in over six months.We made up our water bottles and about two hours later I had full blown vertigo and had to leave early.Is this the result,like a healing crisis,where it comes up and gets released.Has anyone similar experiences?,have a list of star signs and recommended essences if anyone wants to know.Scleranthos also was fairly accurate in its description of me.

Oh dear, no ive not heard any reactions like that before..im sure someone on here can clear things up for you. Im using a bush remendy at the moment, but ive also used various others. Could you tell me which essence is for Cancer star sign. Was it just a one day work shop?

I do doubt myself and sometimes feel depressed. I don't think that I am jealous or envy others, I always try to wish others the best of everything

Thanks for posting this Star, I didn't realise that the remedies were linked to astrology, how interesting. I too am Taurus, but I don't doubt myself, or get depressed, but I do feel despondent quite a lot. I have found a website about this and will be looking into it a bit more. Are there any books that you can recommend please? I have the book that tells you about the 38 remedies, but nothing to do with astrology.

Eeee by gum Star99, I know you p.m'd me, but felt I had to say (being a Taurus) that this describes me spot on, Like Crystal_Rose, I can honestly say I am never jealous etc., but when you put it in this context it is definitely me, I do feel I deserve more thought, care etc., but because I have a sense of humour, I can hide how I am truly feeling and people don't see the real me, then again, lately I feel as though no-one wants to know the real me.

I am a panicky Pisces and haven't had any nicotine in 4 weeks after 22 years of it and I used the good ould Rescue Remedy (am I right in thinking this is a Bach remedy?) I put a few drops into my bottle of water and sipped and am still sipping cause it is working.

Star99, have seen some bach remedies in Boots here but not ones you have mentioned. Would you get them in health food shop?

Any good health store will stick them,Agrimony is very good for addictions(not sure if this is in Rescue Remedy.Y es Rescue Remedy is from the Bach.Good on you.

Not much literature out there,I think google is the best option.

Hi, yes you can often have a situation with flower rems where things hhave to get worse before they get better. They bring things to the surface in order that they can be released.

So don't worry about it, think of it more as it happening so that you can see it go for the last time.
