Gary Craig has retired from EFT (health reasons and to move to other stuff personally), so all of his products etc. are no longer available, though he did allow a great deal of the content of his website to be copied to a new owner at EFT Universe (
EFTUniverse.com). He also permitted everyone to be able to use the EFT logo for free. With the DVD's the original copyright notice still stands... (if I recall, it 100 copies could be made to give to people without charge (except cost of materials)), so if you have made any copies for people and then sell on the original DVD's, whoever purchases them would need to know how many copies are still permitted on them.
As you say, they're a valuable resource, and I've got all of them and still refer back to them every now and then (Palace of Possibilities is a great one to watch). I guess that the lack of them on the internet is because nobody is selling them (and nobody can be a reseller of them as they were doing when Gary was producing them).
Perhaps you'll just have to come up with a price that you think they are worth.
