Default DeTox Method for exhaustion.

Because of intensive research that I do on most topics I am interested in I have recently become interested in de tox....getting rid of all the toxins via any method available.

I had colonic irrigation and it was wonderful....after one treatment I felt so much better, but becasue of the expense I didn't keep it up.

I have just decided to try detoxing with patches. Have ordered some today, so will let you know how I get on!!

When asked do I have problems with sleeping, my reply has always been that I have problems with staying awake!! Lets see how this works, once the toxins are gone I could be flying!

I am into my 5th day now of the de tox foot patches. The first day when I removed them they were almost black!!! Each day they are getting lighter in colour, they were a cmilky coffee colour this morning. I am persevering.
Results? I wake up in the morning feeling that I have had a nights sleep...........not as normal I can assure you! I feel as if I have more energy too, but it is early days....7-10 days is a recommended session for the detox result, but I am very pleased do far....it seems to be working, and so good to see the changes in the colour every day!

Hi Jualsy

Have you completed your 10 days yet? I'd love to know how you are feeling after a few days in ... I've been tempted by these but am always ultra-cautious!!

Almost there....very impressive. You see the colour change as time goes on. In case it was fraudulent I stuck one on my ankle and there was no colouration where the bone was!
I am having Lymphatic drainage treatment at the moment though as well as my whole system is a bit groggy...it is all working well.
Natural products are the best by miles, eh?

I found Nova Detox were the best ones....they have to have weed vinegar and Bamboo vinegar in them. I got mine from EBay....cheaper and it covered the postage!

Let me know how you get on! Don't b be too shocked when you see the first couple the day after!!

OK ... finished my 10-day stint! Disgusting colour at first, not-so-disgusting by the end of the 10th day

One thing I did notice is that I whumped out as soon as my head hit the pillow (no surprise there ...) BUT I slept right the way through the night, every single night I had my patch on. On the one night I missed out, I had a dreadful night! I also found that I woke up with absolutely no problem at all - now that is definitely something new!

[] what will I do tonight?!!!! [&:]

Thanks for the heads-up Jualsy - much appreciated!

Bright blessings
