Hi to one & all. I have been looking for a forum like this where I would be able to speak to like minded people.
I have just started working with gemstones, and have found them to be a wonderfull joy to have in my life.
There is a question that I would like some help with.
At times when I have my gems close to me, my body starts to shake. I was meditating with one of my gemstones,and my head started shaking.
I feel fine after the event, it is just that I donot understand this part.

Hello Audreia and welcome to HP,

I came across someone at a workshop recently who had a similar response i.e. their body shook. It ultimately led to them having a healing response in that they released something they had been holding on to emotionally by crying. Afterwards they were fine. Maybe your crystals are trying to help you in a similar way.

Many years ago, I had a similar reaction to one particular stone, a citrine, while on a short crystal healing 'taster day'. The leader of the group, who owned the stone, said that she had never seen such a reaction, but gave me the stone as it did not want to be parted from me.

I work shamanically, so regard crystals as individuals (I mean that they don't have 'properties', I form relationships with particular crystals.) Since then, this citrine has become a close friend and healer.

My reaction now to the citrine is not so extreme, but is still intense.

The shaking is still happening, but not as much as before.
