Default Is it true ? When a crystal breaks it means

that they are preventing you from getting an accident ?

I had a really nice 3 piece of Tibetan Quartz which slipped and broke on another crystal clutter (clear quartz).

A friend of mine told me this : it was good for maybe you could have been in a car accident or something else and you should bury the remaining of the crystal and say thanks to the crystal.

yeah that rings a bell, sounds about right.
It could also mean that if you depend on crystals etc too much that dependency is over or coming to an end. some sort of Thanks giving is in order

Crystals start off as natural things
Then they are tumbled and polished
So they can look pretty for us
Being natural they have flaws
They will part along these flaws
To me, if one breaks, you have more crystals
And the natural edges are back for you to see

Default Crystal Breaks

When a crystal brakes this could mean that you are in the mists of negitivity this is a time for you to look at those that are causing negitivity in your life this is a time to create a space of protection, look at what is positively building in your life and put effort into those projects. Revealing to yourself the people or situations that are causing negitivity will help you to move forward putting the crystal that broke in your surroundings will help you to reach for the helpers that are available. I see a young person that will bring news to you so that you are able to understand what it is that is being deverted listen with a keen ear...Angels bring messages to you look for a male angel that is seeking this is a angel that can mix his projection with yours call his name Mistonious when you feel him...God Bless Gypsee

To my knowledge, it's jade that's supposed to protect you in that way. It's supposed to break instead of you or something like that.

Lots of differing opinions here, but to my knowledge when a crystal breaks in generally means that you no longer need the energy from that crystal, especially if it is one that perhaps has been worn or used for some time.

Default For Me..

Having something break is common place, The old saying " if it wasn't for bad luck, we'd have no luck at all"

Take for instance, I worked months crafting and cutting a long chevron Amethyst to present to my wife.. on the day I was to give it to her.. it slipped from my fingers smashing into small shards.. parts went ever where.. dishearten, But my wife took the shards anyway..

My wife told me that, "Even though the crystal wanted to be with me, It just didn't want to be with me in one piece" it's one of those saying.. if it breaks then it was never meant to be.

I was always taught that it's just one of those cases that "it wasn't meant to be". Just if a crystal disappears, it's gone to where it needs to be

Default Speaking of Broken

Had a friend send me her miniature faceted crystal wand.. Seems her cat tipped it off the table.. and hence the point and shank have been damaged.. Although I can repair the damaged areas.. I can not polish the crystal back to its former self.. But she is happy with what ever I can do to save her mini wand.

I'll keep you posted on its progress..

So the question is.. because this wand was broken, does it mean it can no longer be used?.. I doubt that.. It may not have the power of it's former self.. but I think (with proper renewing) it can be as it was.. To learn more about "renewing" or "rebirthing" from one of my most current articles, Ask me for more information.

Or in my case...you are one of a very messy person

Imagine a posters on trees, milkbottles or ads in paper : lost a crystal, well it disappeared, could someone who has no use of it any more tell it to return it to its proper owner ??

Default Sadly.. I must inform everyone..

That I've had to pull my articles (which where publicly available) due to a few plagiarist .. However, I have transferred all my data over to the google+ document system, Which I can set up to allow only those I've deemed suited.. Not to sound harsh..

A few that have joined my page.. are willing to hold steady to my/their beliefs and have offered to help with all articles (current and future) as a group effort. editing, comments and suggestions for new areas to write.

If you interested you may contact me here for more details or locate my profile page (WizardOfTheStone) on the Google+ system. However I would request that if you wish to connect, that you indicate where you read this and your account name associated within.. Just a precaution.

I haven't lost any crystals yet, however that's what I was taught about crystal lore. If you deem me to be a messy person because of that, so be it.

having worked with crystals for more than 15 years now in my experience a crystal breaks for a number of reasons:
1. if it is your personal crystal then it has taken a burden away from you and broken in the process
2. If it is your personal crystal and has been used a lot for healing then it needed to be intensely recharged and since that was not done it broke
3. If it is not your personal crystal but has been used for healing or even if it has been lying around it has been over burdenend with too much of negative energies.
to prevent this in future ensure you clean your crystal regularly using any of the natural elements like wind, water, air, sunshine, moon etc or place in a geode. in case the crystal has been over used then one of the best rechargers is to bury it in a pot of natural earth for a few days.

Working with crystals in a shamanic way, my experience is that crystals can break for many reasons - I would do a shamanic trance journey to find out what the reason was in a particular case.
