Default recent colonic

i had my first one about a month ago. i havent felt any difference at all! i was hoping to feel all rejuvinated!!!

Did you just have the one? What kind of a result did you get, did you get to see?


Did you have much of a problem in the first place? Have you taken probiotcs, did you take any afer your treatment?

I had a number of treatments (5 or 6 I think) as part of a detox programme (basically had one every other day I think), and only after the third one I suddenly felt a lot better/different. That was when the long-term stuff started to come out I guess.

It is believed that you get best benefit with a course but also have to look at diet and gut integrity.

I had my first colonic yesterday and have been in pain ever since.
I feel like a mixture of constipation/cramping/period pain but more in the diaphragm area.

The person who did it said he hadn't got much out, mostly gas and that I needed to change my diet for a month and return then.

I do feel almost bruised with it. Is this normal?

(yes I am going to do the month detox and return)

Doesnt sound very nice. Which did you have. I have had two, one machine lead and the other gravity lead i think it was. Much preferred the one without the machine, i felt that was painful and invasive, not a nice experience!
