Welcome k8 and i am really happy for you!

I hope that everything turns out just fine and i hope your new year goes well - sounds like you are off to a great start already though.

was wondering after the colonics if you were going to do anything further - change of life, go vegan, take a colon cleansing program...

just curious! anywho - have a great year!

Ada

I agree....I had a colonic irrigation about 11 years ago (!!!) and the practitioner asked me to promise that I wouls drive home with care....I realised what he meant when I got the car going...I wanted to fly!!! I too felt great, wasn't so hungry, felt really energised.....I need to go and have another session!!!!
Well done!!

Default Colonic Hydrotherapy

Hi I am a practicing colonic hydrotherapist, and cannot recomend it highly enough. It has changed my life which is why I decided to become a therapist to help others, most people could completely change how they feel and what they get out of life by making small changes in diet and water intake.

Using colonic hydrotherapy just helps it along a little quicker as people often set about making changes and give up due to slow change.

Colonic Hydrotherapy and colon cleansing programs helps 99% people. This is really good alternative approach . Because very less side effect and low cost.

a few years back my husband and I had a hair sample analyzed and was given a 6 week detox diet to go on, I basically had to cut out everything that showed up as an intolerance.
It was really hard going, I took supplements that was recommended also, and really stuck to the diet. (It was a bit like that gillian mcKeith programme.)

My husband noticed differences within a week wheras I felt the same throughout. But, at the end of the 6 weeks I had a flat stomach for the first time in my life, I have always had puppy fat and a chubby baby.

I wouldnt say I felt amazinly different but we discussed going on it again.

I too feel that I need a colonic. I have felt bloated, sluggish and full for quite some time. Have been looking into a diy colonic but would prefer to visit a professional. I had one years and years ago and felt sparkling clean after it.

Default Colonic irrigation - wow

Like Lian, I am also a registered colon hydrotherapist and I'm a massive fan of the treatment too. I had my first colonic way back in the 90's and because of the huge improvement to my life-long constipation problem, I decided to train to help others feel marvellous too!

I hope that anyone who is considering having one, bites the bullet and tries it. You'll be amazed!
