Default Still Healthy At 100

Book review:

Still Healthy At 100 by John Robbins

I'd recommend this book to anybody and everybody. Essential information and dietary guidance for living a long, active and healthy life.

Why are some areas of the world completely free from heart disease and asthma?
Why do people in Okinawa reach the age of 100 more than any other place on earth?
How could a wholefoods, plant-based diet help save your life?

These and countless other questions are answered in the book.

A masterpiece!
