you can use a couple of drops in your bath. Mix it with a dessert spoon of milk as it helps it to break up when put in the water.
On a tissue under your pillow to aid relaxation when going to sleep.
Another way to use it in by putting a drop or two in water in a bowl and putting it on top of your radiator to infuse it into the air.
I use it as part of my medicine cabinet - it is excellent for superficial burns and wonderful for getting rid of the itchiness left after a insect bite. You can use it neat on the skin- 1 drop only as long as the skin isnt broken or bleeding.
If you are using it in oil you can blend a tablespoon of vegetable oil, olive oil or sweet almond oil with 3 drops.
