Aromatherapy In

Hi

I have been reading some of Valerie Ann Worwood's books (Fragrant Mind and Fragrant Heavens) and would love to take one of her courses which are referred to at the back of Fragrant Mind. As far as I can tell there is no website available and so I wrote (as indicated in the book) for details of the courses in December 2005. I still haven't heard anything from them!

Has anyone trained with Valerie Ann Worwood or does anyone know how else I can get details of her courses?

I'm not sure, but I know she had a clinic in Romford, Essex.

Hi Thanks for your message. I did get a reply from the IFA saying that Valerie Ann Worwood is no longer running courses, and over 2 months after writing to Valerie Ann Worwood I got a reply also saying she is no longer offering courses. So I guess we just get to use her books, which do contain a wealth of information.

Eagle, I know that she does the odd workshop, because sheran one (on endometriosis I think) at the IFA's 20th anniversary conference last year. All you can do is keep looking occasionally at the IFA/IFPA/other aromatherapy websites and hope!

Hi,

I am trying to make some of the facial oils described in Ann Worwood's book "The Complete Book of Essential Oils & Aromatherapy". She uses a lot of "carrot" and I don't know if she means carrot seed oil or carrot root oil. Does anyone know? I have been trying to contact her but it seems impossible. Does anyone know how to contact her?

Hi I also have the book and have been experimenting - Carrot seems the wonder thing in her book the amount of time she recommends in I have been using carrot seed e.o ...Happy experimenting
