I agree with Elliet, that this could be an elimination event following the reduction of adaptive load following dietary improvements.
The distribution, symmetrical and in several areas tends to point to central or common cause. When the Central nervous system gets rid of toxins one route taken is along peripheral nerves to the skin, and the distribution often gives further clues as to what is going on.
I would want to know what is happening to the bowels, and where you are in your menstrual cycle and if you have any issues in that department as well. Backs of thighs can be related reflexively to colon and/or uterus, among other things. Jawline follows a reflex from those same areas, which side it is on tells a story too.
If there are menstrual issues, I wonder if you have suddenly increased your soya intake (oestrogens)? Or have you become constipated?
It could also be that a deficiency has finally tipped over the edge, so there are several possibilities besides allergic reaction. Consider them all carefully, and don't be tempted to a knee-jerk response after such a short time.
Providing you have no other reason to believe you are unwell, I would wait and see what happens before jumping on every new symptom, panic action can cause all kinds of unnecessary problems, time is a very important factor in health.
I would certainly advise you get a personal consultation with a professional and make sure to navigate this properly.
Good luck.
