courses?

Hi everyone, Im stuck over here in Northern Ireland and I cant find any hands on courses that doesnt mean going the medical path which obviously as Im not a doctor isnt an option for me. I was wondering do any of u rate or have you completed any online courses? Ive seen soem that are accredited but Im not sure of the world of whos who in accupressure or accuncture accreditations
