Default Hypertension acupressure points

Would appreciate expert advice on the accupressure points treating hypertension. I wonder if there are specific points more related to Systolic blood pressure?

Thank you.

Acupuncture/pressure does not have any set treatments for any specific disease or condition as the treatment is different for each individual - in this case, it depends what is causing the hypertension in Chinese Medicine terms.

That being said, you can't go far wrong with Kidney 1 (Yong Quan) on the sole of the foot. It is a calming point with a descending action. Apply pressure with thumb or finger.
