Description

Body massage uses oil or talc and the massage covers the arms, legs, shoulders, neck, face, abdomen and back. Massage strokes include effleurage, friction, kneading, wringing and percussion. Body Massage is the UK's standard full body massage used throughout the industry and it also forms the basis for all advanced massage techniqes/courses eh Sports, Hot Stones etc.

after care advice,
posture & stance,
relevant anatomy & physiology of the body,
types of massage techniques (effleurage, pettrisage, kneading, percussion and vibrations),

full body massage routine,
health & safety and salon/mobile professionalism.

Entry requirements
Cheshire Massage Academy Introduction to Swedish Massage, or
VTCT Level 2 Certificate in Holistic Therapies or equivalent, or
alternatively you may arrange private tuition with us prior to starting
