Description

The aim of this practical workshop is to teach a couple to safely give each other a full body massage. Once learnt, these techniques are applied to help reduce stress and tension. It also helps to re-establish communications and uninhibited expressions on many levels within your relationship.

Learning to massage each other will help to enhance your sense of touch, both from the perspective of giving massage which will enhance the sensitivity of your hands, as well as learning to experience the joy of being touched in a caring and helpful way.

The workshop begins at 10.00am with an introduction to the various techniques and movements used in massage. This will be followed with hands on instructions throughout the rest of the day, a light lunch and refreshments are provided along with a manual and guided CD which will help you to remember the routine and techniques that you have been shown on your couples massage workshop.

By utilising a systematic approach which teaches you on a turn and turn around basis, you will both learn what it feels like to give and receive a full body massage from each other, this days instruction will last you both for a lifetime.

We do have accommodation available if you are travelling from a long way.
