Changing Minds

I have been involved in the field of personal development since 1992. I am passionate about supporting people in the process of personal empowerment, and feeling comfortable with who they are. A range of therapies that I have trained in, including hynpotherapy, psychotherapy, and NLP, are integrated into the sessions that I facilitate. Some of the qualities that I bring to therapeutic sessions have been described by previous clients as being calming, authentic, reassuring, and supportive, leading them into a greater awareness and knowledge of themselves. I work with people from all backgrounds, providing confidential and effective treatment of many emotional, psychological and habitual issues. I always aim to create a confidential, safe and caring environment that gives the opportunity to overcome personal obstacles, resolve issues, generate positive thoughts, feelings and behaviours, and achieve desired outcomes. Currently I am in advanced training, working towards certification of Msc Applied Integrated Psychotherapies.
